The Sheraton Tampa East is a 266-room, full service resort hotel. The property sits on 5.61 acres, has 30,000 square feet of meeting space plus a separate restaurant and lounge. The hotel was built in 1987 as a Crowne Plaza and was converted to a Sheraton in 2011 and is in excellent condition. Recent upgrades include, new decorative lighting in the ballroom, complete renovation of five major suites, and new furniture/soft goods in the concierge lounge.
The hotel is located in Sabal Park, a 1,000-acre corporate business park and adjacent to a large office complex primarily occupied by Citi Group.
