Paradise Rock Club, Boston
The legendary Paradise Rock Club, with a capacity of 933, originally opened in 1977, has endured as one of Boston’s premier rock-and-roll clubs for over 30 years. It caters to the best up-and-coming national touring acts. Presenting around 200 shows annually, it holds a place in history as the first venue where U2 ever performed in the U.S. It has hosted some of rock’s elite, including The Police, AC/DC, Radiohead, Blondie, REM, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Elvis Costello, The Pretenders, Dire Straits, Billy Joel, INXS, Tom Waits, Joe Strummer, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, The B-52’s, Queens of the Stone Age, Moby, Black Eyed Peas, Maroon 5, Joan Jett, Phish, Norah Jones, The Breeders, Dropkick Murphys, Kings of Leon, The Black Keys and many, many more.
